Innovation and value creation

By introducing novel equipment for production automation to raise productivity, enhance production efficiency, and improve product quality, we maintain a manufacturing advantage featuring a high price-performance ratio for products. Along with the brand awareness, cooperation relationship, and trust developed over time, our market share keeps rising. By establishing a win-win strategy that favors production and marketing and the pursuit of co-prosperity with customers, we have successfully raised our revenue.

Economic, environmental, and social development

In support of international division of labor, we continuously expand the scale of our two Vietnam production bases and reduce costs. However, we never overlook our responsibility and performance in environmental production and occupational safety and health, which have always been part of our planning and consideration in business management. Since 2014, we began the guidance and implementation of the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems. Through the total participation and concerted effort of all employees of our Vietnam bases, we successfully passed the certification of both systems in July 2015. Today, all three KLB bases, in both Taiwan and Vietnam, have passed the certification of the ISO9001/ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 systems. By implementing these international standards, we persistently reduce the environmental impacts and continually improve occupational health and safety in production activities; insist on providing a safe and healthy workplace for employees and a friendly environment for local communities; and engage in social contribution and community care together with employees, in order to balance and optimize business development and overall corporate social responsibility.
