Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS)
The UPS is made from batteries, inverter and control circuits. One side is connected to the power outlet and the other side is connected to the electrical load.  When the electricity voltage from the power outlet is normal, the UPS uses grid power to charge itself, but when the electricity voltage is abnormal, the UPS system releases power stored in the battery for load use to prevent data loss on the computer, telecommunication and internet break off or lost control of equipment.

Backup power application for security or fire/alarm system
When the battery is used for emergency exit lights, warning signs, illumination, or security systems, it can still allow uninterrupted operations for a certain amount of time in case if city power is down due to fires or earthquakes, to ensure personal and monetary safety.

High-rate and deep-cycle application
Machine equipment with no internal combustion engines need to use external power to store electricity on secondary batteries, so that when the machine is operating the power is completely provided by the batteries; therefore, the performance is determined by the battery design’s rated capacity level and length of the cycle life.

High discharge need Solutions

Automotive or motorcycle startup application
Besides the basic engine start up of cars and motorcycles, the modern vehicle’s electronic equipment load is getting heavier and heavier, therefore batteries with high start up abilities and low self-discharge are needed to help vehicles function normally.

Telecommunication base stations
Telecommunication base stations, which use cellular networks, provide the communication channel between back-end networks and users’cell phones, include equipment such as transceivers and antennas. The communications industry needs to plan and build base stations according to elements such as terrain and landscape to enhance coverage and provide users with the best communication quality.  Therefore, telecommunication base stations need backup power to maintain smooth communication quality and reliability.
